This project questions the notion of the perfect male body, by combining sculpture (the art form where male nudity is accepted) with sport (my country's obsession). We choose bodies that looked right for the sculpture and often totally wrong for the sport. This series is also about showing the beauty of each body I was given permission to photograph. This series is about beauty. The beauty of the male form, no matter what size, shape, ethnicity or ability. This has been achieved with lighting rather photoshopping some one into a different being.
